which once again succinctly highlights how far we've come - but also the struggle to remain where we are. (Although we do all know this already)

    It includes the 'immortal' line:-

for which I hope you got paid some royalties, Superman :emoticon-0105-wink:

I didn't see anything much about a struggle to remain where we are Cromer. He ends up talking about having the squad to break into the top ten! Also, his comments about adopting a more aggressive approach at WHL on Saturday completely ignores the fact that CH put out a team to do just that. It didn't work out like that, but that's a different matter. <ok>

sometimes players don't play very well. this is not always down to the manager or his tactics! i think sometimes people forget that players have bad days every now and then. i didn't see it but i understand chelsea had a bit of a 'mare last night. i assume that means mourinho now doesn't know his arse from his elbow...?

And in this world of instant gratification that is an obvious conclusion. Chelsea have now lost two in a row, the end is nigh, Mourinho out, bring back the other guy, not him, the one before because we hated the one before. Fans eh?

It was really rich last night on BBC R5L when they were discussing the CL results after the games. Pugatch was rambling on about how "it had all been about Mourinho, nothing about the Chelsea players", ever since Mourinho's re-appointment was announced. And why was that? Well, because Pugatch and the rest of the media have been fixated on Mourinho and didn't want to talk about anything or anyone else .......... Equally typically, he didn't want to talk about Arsenal's good result, or even their setting a record of ten away victories in succession in all competitions; all he wanted fans to phone up about was how they felt about Arsenal's shortage of strikers, would people be happy with Walcott playing in the centre if Giroud was injured, etc., etc. The BBC don't actually want to hear from fans (or anyone else for that matter) except on the agenda that THEY want to set. <ok>
