    in last seasons top 6?

Bar Mata and Sturridge, I don't see any Chelsea players who could walk into one of the other top 6 starting 11's. Even those 2 would struggle at some of the other 5 teams.

The official list according to OPTA stats is:
    Man City
    Arsenal
    Liverpool
    Man U
    Tottenham
Chelsea, followed (almost level) closely by Aston Villa (lol).

Must be a little bit embarressing having a worse team than Spurs.

So do you agree you are the worst team in the top 6? If not, who is?

    City's - Cole, possibly Ivanovic.
Arsenal - Cech, Terry, Cole, Lampard, Mata, Sturridge
Liverpool - Ivanovic, Terry, Cole, Meireles, Mata, Sturridge, Lampard
Man U - Cech, Terry, Ivan, Lampard, Meireles, Mata
Spurs - Cech, Ivan, Terry, Mata

A lot of people won't agree with some of what I put and call it biased or w/e you want but form is temporary, we still have a world class squad.

  4. A brave attempt at a wum, although not a very good one. Had I posted that, there would be a couple of the kiddies on the Chelsea board screaming for my banning.

Good luck with keeping this thread from being closed <ok>

    Very funny!

The only players I'd take from your squad are Sturridge and Mata. They wouldn't walk straight into our first XI, but they'd certainly give good competition to those who would.

    The rest, you can keep.

You have track record, you were continually coming on here and doing it (and still are). I'm sure this nonce will be warned too.

I take back Ivan, forgot about Walker.

So you're allowed your opinion on Spuds finishing above the Blues but when I give a legitimate opinion about squad players it's laughed at? Try tooting your own horn <ok>

    Mata >>> Bale.

The Drogs Ballacks, your immediate response to call someone you have never met nor heard from before a 'nonce' gives the distinct impression, the defensive barriers you put up throughout your teenage years were influenced by confusion and frustration at your sexuality.

Please do not take this out on my thread.

This is very interesting. In response I have copied your list but changed the Chelsea players, to players from the listed team who could improve your starting 11.

City's - Hart, Richards, Lescott, Kompany, Kolarov, Barry, Y.Toure, Milner, Silva, Aguero, Balotelli
Arsenal - Szcesny, Sagna, Vermaelan, Santos, Song, Wilshere, Gervinho, Van Persie
    Liverpool - Andy Carroll
Man U - Jones, Vidic, Evra, Young, Nani, Carrick, Fletcher, Rooney, Hernandez
    Spurs - Bale

Couldn't think of anyone else. Nearly added Defoe but he's not as prolific as Torres.

I almost didn't even add Bale because you have Malouda, but Bale can also play LB instead of the off-form Cole. The one key place I was looking for was a replacement for Terry, but not sure if Gallas still plays for Tottenham so I couldn't add him.

I don't think Modric would bond well with the Chelsea team, due to certain preferences he has.

Suppose he might link up well with Luiz though, and he's done well at Spurs even though they once had Sol Campbell.
