    Just seen this on the BBC website. Brings back memories of Ronnie Rosenthal's for L'pool but think this takes the biscuit.

    Or can anyone come up with a better or worse miss?

    Can't see how Pele's miss in 1970 World Cup Finals is on end of video. Some howlers on there though.

    KANU produced a lot of moments of sheer brilliance but none were better than that miss. Tap in pretty much on the goal line and he conspires to do the filthiest banana shot to somehow send it over the bar.
