And then there is the random w**ker in any make or model who 'drives' like a tit, not indicating, changing lanes repeatedly, driving through bus lanes.etc.
Its a complete fallacy that a driver of any particular type of car is worse than one or the other. The exception would be small cars that old people drive, as many of them are at a disadvantage and probably shouldn't be on the roads. There are plenty of good elderly drivers. Its likely there should be more testing as you get older is all. A basic sign to look out for is a battered car with lots of dents. They tend to be the worst drivers as they have no spacial awareness and like hitting things. I haven't seen too many Land Rovers, Mercs, BMWs or Audis that look like that (I have seen a few). As with most things its the person rather than the object involved in the activity. BMW drivers are ****s though.
I'm in my brothers seat on the way to the spenny match. He drives like a ****. Too fast and way too close to the car in front. I'm doing the "one thousand and one, two thousand and one" two second rule and I'm not getting past "one" of the one thousand and one. Scary as ****.
Not only are BMW drivers the worst drivers on the road (in terms of not wanting to give way etc) but in a recent survey by insurance companies, they caused the most crashes!
I had a black Renault megane years ago, I swear other drivers couldn't see it. Some old kunt reversed into it when parked, pushing the swage in on the door and dinting it big time before driving off. The amount of dints and scrapes from twats at supermarkets was incredible. Some horrid little bastards even chucked a stick off the windscreen from an overhead bridge. With only 52,000 miles on it, a BMW x5 shunted into the back of me at a roundabout. He admitted to not looking ffs. Car written off.
Nah I'm not having it mate, they don't have dents in because they don't hit things or get it by other drivers. If you have dents you are regularly hitting things or being hit. If you regularly hit things or have collisions then you are clearly the terrible drivers. Its a key aspect of driving afterall, not driving into stuff. Fair enough if you are unlucky and get hit a few times off other drivers, but that's not a regular occurence. Generally loads of dents means **** driver. As I say there's ****s in all cars in my experience. One of the worst drivers I know by a country mile drives a VW Passat. He'd wipe the floor with most for bad driving. He is one of those who thinks regardless of the purpose of his journey, he should be at the front and must get there in the shortest time possible for a human. The worst by far I know is the missus's mother. I don't believe she should be on the road. The police pulled her over and gave her a ticket for going too slow in a 30mph. They asked her if she was lost to which she replied "No you cheeky bastard I just live up the road". He didn't take kindly to her indignation. She is regularly well below the speed limit. She is not getting better with age and she was ****ing awful when met her 20 years ago. Her cars always have loads of dents funnily enough. She has driven just about every car going so that dispels any myth about the type of car being representative. I was at Blaydon Rugby Club on Saturday morning. The young lad helping the groundsman was trundling about the place in this old Ford Transit. He had me in stitches. The groundsman clearly knew to give him the most battered van of all time. The doors at the back were so bad they were tied together with rope. He reversed into the wall twice in the short time I was there
Everyone is horrible on the road ! It doesn't matter what you drive we all like nothing more than putting each others genitals in our mouths.
The poll is probably influenced by the old green eyed monster though surely? I’m not saying what I drive because I’ve given the likes of Jak, Groot and ACS enough ammo.
