Guys I think you should think if this is spilling over into too much acrimony. Up to now I've regarded it as more opinionated banter than a full on disagreement. As it's a football forum it would be a shame if non football matters got in the way

Sorry dude, no of course not! Hardly ever stay up late these days - collapsed and had a fit 7 years ago brought on by exhaustion. Never had one before or since but had to relinquish my driving licence for a year as a result and take some time off work so am much, much more careful these days!

I'm repeating my request to you for links to examples, because I honestly cannot remember that happening. Let's be clear - I'm not saying it didn't happen, or perhaps was misunderstood, or whatever - I genuinely cannot remember. Perhaps it was one of the little phases where I switched off through travel, boredom, or whatever, or perhaps it was on a thread I don't follow, like the brexit one which I last read about 1000 posts ago. I'm really in the dark here.

I suppose the bigger question is - should we draw a line under all this unpleasantness & close down the offending threads (WW3, Article 50, Exit Poll & any I've missed.)?
