Obviously not but you have to remember this is the weird, weird world of FIFA.

 

the rankings are based on games played in the year, points earned and performance over 90 mins.

The Holland game is in FIFA's eyes the only game we lost this year so we have a good record for 2012. As teams like Brazil and Argentina have not played much this year they drop.

I think you will see a none to surprising shift after WC2014.
