    From what you hear of him he sort of agrees he should retire and has in the past promised his wife he will do but just loves being a part of the game to give it up. I suspect there's a lot of reasons which he has given for cutting back on his involvement, or taking of jobs, which were true at the time but no longer are.

    He's a divisive character but I'd put him down as one of the best Championship managers in the past few decades personally. Great move for Boro.

    I don't. I can see Warlock staying for a season if they go down and I'd fully back them to take one of the automatic promotion spots if he does.

    Woodgate didn't do a good job, but in fairness they got rid of a lot of their established players last season to cut costs and have been using a lot of youth players. Tough task to start your managerial career with.
