Today's performance by wolves has been absolute sh*t, it makes our performance last Sunday look good!
That really was a bad 2 points dropped when we played them at WHL.

IMO, they're our 'bogey' team - you've got the team to beat them, you should beat them, you MUST beat them - but you don't (or can't).

Bolton were Arsenal's bogey team all the while Big Sam was there.

    Stoke are another good example.

Now that Mick's gone we should have a better chance than in previous meetings!

  3. Wolves are what Chelsea will become. Another team lost under the stewardship of a caretaker manager.

A team that used to rule English football in the distant past, reduced to bit-part players? Can't think of any teams on Merseyside who that applies to...

Not that Merseyside club, the other one. No, not Tranmere!

Come to think of it, the same comparison coukld be made with Villa. Shame a certain stat-happy bellend isn't around to be beaten around the head with that particular fact...

So they played with the same intensity that they showed against us? No. They were in a completely different place. Man alive this board is a depressing place to be. Imagine if we were mid table.... oh that's right you probably already have!

Totally agree. This is still a great season and we are really going well. Got above our stations for a little while in thinking the title was in reach, but to be favourites for third in March is fantastic, and I'd have bitten your hand off for it in August!
