are we a better team with him or without him my own opinion is without he doesnt do enough for my liking he loses the ball and puts us under pressure doesnt tackle back ,he doesnt mark and he sulks, he is ok when things are going well but if we are under the cosh we may as well have ten men on the field,so sell him and use the money to get someone in who works for the team and not himself
2nd half at spurs tells it own story, at present i would leave him on the bench for saturday, trouble is on his day he can be a match winner but haven't yet seen enough of that this season.
Start Mackie/Smith on Sat. Give Tarbs a bit of time on the bench. He still has huge potential. If he worked harder then he would always be worth his place.
why doesn't someone yell at him to get fit? does he have no one he listens to? does he not have advisors who say - do some training and drop some fat son - bring ya (never great) speed back that you had last year - is evryone scared to tell him is is fat?
Something tells me we will be repeating this thread over the next ten years or more and weather he stays this season or not and we still will be devided. IMO he is a bit of a girl and you know what they about them: - "Can't live with them and can't live without them" and Adel looks like he lives up to this saying 100%.
I really don't get this - our main problem is lack of goals and we want to get rid of the most creative player we've got and the most skillful I've seen in hoops in my living memory. To get someone with his class who works harder and puts his toys nicely back in the toy box would cost 25 million at least. He's off form yet still worries opposition enough that he draws 2 players in (although he had 4 round him a mere week and a half ago when he nutmegged one to set SWP away against Chelsea). For a club our size, this is on a par with the Spanish press having a go at Messi for not scoring for 3 games. I for one don't want to look back on last season and go "what happened to that supremely talented player that lit up the whole league? Oh yeah, we flogged him to get a carthorse in..."
With it will take but one goal I am keeping faith with our chubby genius he does things only others can wish
i think he should be sold. then when he regains his form all the really clever people on here can talk for years about the talent qpr let go. what exactly has barton etc done so far this season.ffs he couldnt even get himself booked in a game when the ref had to get a spare notebook. tarbs only has to score 2 goals to be joint top goalscorer might not be this week though
Impact sub... That's his best use in the PL, he's too much of a liability from the start. Coming on in the last 20/30 mins where we have to take chances to get a result means his lack of work ethic won't cost the team in the way it does when he starts and he'll be expected to go for it which is the way he wants to play.

He raised him up by making him the centre of the team in terms of formation and also as captain. Now it seems that Tabby can do no right, not in his captain's opinion and, more importantly, his managers. He came closest was out-standing against Newcastle and Wolves, and needs help regaining that form, not the public criticism of his captain. Obviously Adel is extremely petulant and immature, but Warnock needs to restore that confidence and keep the discipline in house, not make silly remarks at press conferences. Listen to the press conference of Warnock and Mackie did before the Spurs game; no need for it." .................................................................................................................................................................................................................
