Your beliefs, that effect others, including the rest of your own life are entirely relevant. If you don't want to learn anything then your beliefs will never change. You know this. If you don't want to change your beliefs and so become willingly ignorant. It's up to you. No Atheist has ever proven that Santa doesn't exist, that fairies don't exist, do you believe in them too? You shouldn't believe in something because you can't prove it doesn't exist because when you do you may as well believe in anything.
