Wonder if he will be taken on a defensive driving course now he's one of us... <laugh>

Facts are wrong btw, it wasn't this evening, and I don't think anyone was injured, other than their pride maybe.

I am guessing that the location might be Woodlands Road ( just down from the cemetery ) ???... I am intrigued as to why traffic was on the 'right-hand' side of the road through the bridge tunnel.
Also, the speed exiting the 'tunnel' was quite slow - until the driver realised that there was a parked car on the left - then panicked and lurched violently towards the final obstacle. (thankfully nobody was hurt )................let's hope for a little better this afternoon.

Macauley Bonne is the driver. BMW, he's given it too much beans and it looks like the car spins it's wheels up in a puddle so he loses control of the car. Frankly I was surprised he was picked in the squad yesterday, Harris would have been fuming if he hadn't seen the clip.

There has been another media article this morning regarding the accident on Thursday, it appears 'the problem was the car, not the driver'...

    https://www.kentonline.co.uk/medway...gillingham-manager-responds-to-car-cr-292396/

    Quote:
“I have seen the video clip, where it doesn’t look great, that he’s lost control, but having spoke to eye witnesses myself and police and all the players involved, the problem was the car, not the driver, which is pleasing for me to be able to say.

“However, it is just a reminder to all of us that we have to be careful and make sure we look after our community as well. I reminded the players of that but everyone is safe and it was just a pure accident.

“I spoke to the neighbours who had any damage and they are really understanding and what we have to do is make sure there is no sideshow to it or no stupid reaction from everybody, purely an accident, and everyone is safe. We put that to bed and move on.” End quote.
