Many of you may be familiar with the name, others not so. His book 'Soccer Revolution' is a great read, even though it was written back in the 1950s! If you can find a copy of it (and it is quite rare) then I recommend getting hold of it. The excellent blogger Daniel Brigham (@cricketer_dan) has posted an article which mentions how the book is still applicable to English football today and how little we've learnt. It mainly focuses on Bradley Johnson, but it is a good read and highlights the pros and (mainly) cons of the English midfield warhorses. http://services.pinkun.com/forums/pinkun/cs/blogs/norwich_and_beyond/archive/2013/08/09/2963353.aspx It's good stuff
