I still think he was good for us and hoped he would have a bit more of a future at Norwich. He wasn't a goal scoring striker but otherwise he was very good at flicking the ball on or holding the ball up.

 

Yep, me too, he certainly did more for us than most people ever expected him to, and by all accounts, a thoroughly decent man. He deserves a good couple of years with them to round off his career.

Delighted for him, he was never going to be a major player for us last season, so I hope he gets the chance to show his true worth at Palace

 

i predict that palace fans will initially get on his back when they realise he isn't going to score 20 goals for them, then think he's a waste of time, then notice he can have an influence on a game, then like him, even though he only nets two goals all year

I really don't want to fall out with anyone on here but I just don't understand this 'cult hero' business. Aaron Wilbraham is quite simply not very good, end of in my opinion. Having said that, best of luck to him and I hope he hasn't forgot his banjo that he failed miserably at hitting a cow's arse with while he was with us !

Bit harsh, he was limited but what he did was O.K. and he never let us down.
I do remember a cracking goal against Leicester in the Championship which may well have been the highlight of his NCFC career. The Prem was too much for him though.
