Why do you always come home from the pub with a pocket full of small change? I was out drinking on Friday night and I came home with 20 quid in small change and no feckin notes
Because everytime you go to the bar you pay with a note. The more drunk you get the less likely you are to be bothered counting out the price of a round in change.
its mostly the bar-staff that cause the problem for me you buy a few drinks for a tenner and give a twenty but they give pound coins back instead of notes just to be awkward ****s
i'm always staring at the barmaid, not the money, so i find notes easier to use. I hate old people who fumble around for change, so i wouldn't do it myself, and definitley not in a pub.
