Well it is sunny and dry here at Tynemouth seafront right now, with a breeze that is quite cool but not Arctic. It's normally similar here to the weather at the SoL. People are walking round the promenade in coats and scarves so I will wrap up cos the cold gets into these old bones as soon as the sun goes down.

On BBC weather...at 6pm....clear skies...4c.....wind 21mph....cold could have frost overnight....
