Ok I know we've already had one of these posts but now we're into January are there any players that we have changed our minds about keeping? I know I'm not overly enamoured by keeping Charlie Lee any longer. Also add to that list Barrett, Allen, Gregory, Birchall and German. Whelpdale is losing his appeal to me too but being injured doesn't help. Jury is still out on ***an too but I don't think I would keep him after the end of the season either.
Okay I agree with Allen birchall and German. I think we definitely need another centre back but not to get rid of Barrett. Whelpdale needs to up his game big time. And when we first signed Gregory I was probably the main person slating him but the last few games I think he's been a rock and really lets the game flow. He's not s goalscorer by a long shot but I believe he is starting to fit right in now
Peg Leg…….we play 11 a side, if you got your way we'd have to register for a 5 a side league!!!!!
Windyrog - its quite clear that we need new players in for next season as the current crop won't get us anywhere. We need to be aiming up not down, and the only way that can be done is to get rid of whats not needed.
We still need to get layers in before we let others go…….however finances may well dictate otherwise. A tricky one…….
