Below write who you want as manager and why

My dream option would be Martin O' Neil as he will bring his assistant manager with him who hes only had success with

but realistically Dave Jones, he looks like a great man manager and he knows what hes doing, his stats for Cardiff are great and if the players didn't bottle it they would be in the prem now

so who's your choice and why????

Martin O'Neill would be fantastic, but doubt he would come here, http://www.skysports.com/story/0,,20876_7222939,00.html
I think whoever comes in, at least some of the players left out, Hunt, Cisse, Stewart, etc, may get a chance to show what they got, i mean Hunt wasn't a prem defender for nothing and to be left in limbo for such a long time is weird.

Any of Tisdale, McInnes, the bloke from MK Dons, SOD etc would be fine by me.

Not worried about the potential risk that none of them have managed at this level before ??

Not particularly, just think it would be a gamble worth taking. McInnes has got promoted, won a cup and now has a team joint 3rd in the SPL all in 4 years. Tisdale has got a team from conference to 8th in league 1 last year in 6 years. SOD worked wonders at Donny. I think a young manager with a fresh perspective and new ideas would benefit the club more than a 'safe' option like Jones etc.

Dave Jones for me, though this McInnes guy intrigues me - just worried it may be a gamble.

Same old names like Dave Jones being banded about, yes tried and tested but not gooing to set the world on fire.

Seriously if you had sense you`d be hoping for McInnes. He`s an upcoming ambitious manager just waiting for a break into English football. As a Gashead I hope he`s overlooked by you tbh cos he could do great things.

For what it's worth I agree completely. I think that general ignorance of football north of the border and some bizzare feelings of being too high class to look at a manager from 'just the SPL' aren't helping either.
