I am of the opinion that irrespective of the next managerial appointment for our beloved Club, Ellis Short needs to embark upon a root and branch clear out at all levels within the Club. Not only management staff and players but also Directors and cleaning staff. Catering and Ticket Office. You name it he needs to insist upon high levels of professionalism within the Club and appoint only those with a ruthless ambition for success. Martin O'Neill is a good man with an impressive managerial record. We have had many other decent managers (and a few howlers) and they have all failed. Complacency and settling for second or third best are just not good enough. It's time to get tough Ellis.
