What sort of message does it send out to the club's reserves, when you score a hat-trick against your local rivals in mid-week,your confidence is sky-high,and you get a two-minute run-out to wind the clock down??You couldn't even boil an egg in the time young Noble was given yesterday. Why was the lad not given at least half an hour to prove his worth??How does Bruce expect to motivate anyone by giving them a two-minute run-out?Any thoughts, lads and lasses?
I think it was more of a tactical sub to run the clock down! Everyone around me was completely baffled by it. He'll have been absolutely buzzing after his midweek hat-trick, no better time to give the lad a run out especially in a must win game. To give him 3 minutes was just a kick in the nuts!
