When Ba goes away

    I would suggest playing Vuckic up front with Ben Arfa just behind unless we buy a striker. Best and Ameobi are frustrating. Maybe Lovenkrands or Sammy could do a job as Peter always seems to score when we are in a crisis. Vuckic looks comfortable on the ball and has a brilliant shot on him so I would give him the chance.

    I don't see him as a striker personally, so I would have to disagree. I would play 4-2-3-1 with Best up front and Vuckic, Ben Arfa and Jonas behind him.

    Just a side thought, but maybe we could try Obertan up front at one point...he will be better there than on the wing!

    I would try out this:

    --------------------Krul------------------
    Simpson---Williamson---Colocinni---Santon
    ----------Cabaye---Tiote---Jonas--------
    --------------Vuckic----BenArfa----------
    -----------------Lovenkrands------------

    I'd play Lovenkrands up front with probably Best if we had to have 2 up front. Maybe Obertan?

    Can Ober shoot?

    And Vuckic was a striker when he was younger, Best played badly yesterday, not sure he has the goals in him.

    Obvious back 5
    HBA---Cabaye---Tiote---Jonas

    -------------Best/another non-ACON striker

    This, Lovenkrands delivers quite consistently when we require. Also if we do go 4-4-2 Lovenkrands and Best have worked well in the past and will again im sure!!

    We aren't in as bad as a position up front as the press suggests, can't believe they say we are a 1 man team.

    Possibly but he'd need more defensive players around him as he's a bit like Nolan from what i've seen.
