My daughter is 7 years old today and she wanted me to download Minecraft on X BOX as one of her presents, i bought 2100 points from TESCO and with in 10 minutes she had scratched off the code and bought this game. I have absolutely no idea what is going on, her 8 year old brother was busy putting glass in his house and she was digging a hole and packing it with TNT. I don`t let them play COD or GTA type games as they are clearly not designed for children but this seems quite creative and good for their imaginations. What is the idea of the game and is it safe for under 9 year olds? please log in to view this image
Just don't let her play online. There are *****phile groomers - known as Minecraft Molesters - who prey on innocents.

Good question. My seven year old son waits at the door for me to come home and practically snatches the phone out of my hand for his fix of this game. And it is a fix, he's completely obsessed and addicted. Bit scary really. He's often papping on about pink sheep and cow eggs and other such ****.
When my kids were in Belfast I was playing Minecraft online one evening with them and my nephew. As soon as my nephew joined he started inviting his friends from school into my server, next thing ya know there's loads of the wee ****s stealing all my stuff from my chests. I was calling them names and chasing after the ****ers with a sword when I heard an adult voice asking "who's that you're playing with", to which some kid responded "Corey's Uncle'. Then I felt a bit *****ey.
