Championship managers booted out:- SYMONS in 12th Ramsey in 12th Powell in 16th Luzon in 22nd Rosler in 18th Evans in 20th Dijhuisen in 19th with less than 15 games played ( the last 2 ) impatience seems to be the rule which is the norm! WHO next? ..before Christmas! BOLTON MKD BBurn
in the last three weeks- Bristol City beat Wolves, Wolves beat Birmingham, Birmingham beat Fulham and Fulham beat Bristol City........ and the Fulham manager gets the sack............where is the logic in that..........could say what goes around comes around.
it wont be Cotts ... as Manx says there appears to be no logic .. so in the parallel universe, Cotts leaves for Man Utd .. Wenger takes over at Rovers ... Chesham win the Champions league and Tonga get beaten by San Marino in THE WORLD CUP with Brazil and Argentina defeated semi finalists .. it all makes sense now ............
Lennon wont last much longer. He must be odds on favourite to be next. Although Leeds might sack Sweaty Betty in the meantime given he's had 2 or 3 games in charge, so they should be due a change of manager very soon.
I work with a Bolton fan who thinks Lennon will walk soon, as they've got no money and he's become dillusioned by it all there.
And who can blame him ? I heard the other day that they are £197m (or maybe it was £179m) in debt. That is an awful lot of money even for a Chelsea or a Man U. Is this the perfect storm ? After a fairly long and successful period in the Premiership but where they failed to get back to the top tier, and still paid excessive wages trying to return after relegation.
Tend to agree. Teams generally improve with a new manager in charge so it may be a bad time for us to face them. We can always hope the Blackburn players take an instant dislike to him and don't want to play....!
Nah they play two games before they play us, the honeymoon will be over by then. Didn't we win two games straight off when Gary Johnson took over then went on to lose something like ten on the bounce?
What Lambert is walking into at Blackburn Debt of £79.8m (January 2015) Unable to buy any players Loan signings and free transfers cannot earn more than around £10,000 per week.
didn't see that one coming Steve Clarke after 19 games Championship managers booted out:- Clarke in 9th Bowyer in 16th SYMONS in 12th Ramsey in 12th Powell in 16th Luzon in 22nd Rosler in 18th Evans in 20th Dijhuisen in 19th with less than 15 games played ( the last 2 ) impatience seems to be the rule which is the norm! In the next 4-6 weeks more will bite the dust and silly season is upon us. The January transfer will, as usual, offer no hope for beleaguered managers unless they have the option of spending silly money for unwanted players.
Kit Symonds (Fulham),and now Steve Clark (Reading) both of whom inflicted heavy defeats on Bristol City before they were sacked. Surely Mr. Redfearn will be more than a little uneasy and Mr.Lambert very concerned not to beat us tomorrow if he wishes to keep his job. Beat Bristol city convincingly and lose.your job. SIMPLES
