It all depends how the accountants see what debt free is on the books. You could have a credit card but still be seen as debt free, it's how they do it in business world.
Not if you still owed circa £25 mill on it when you transferred it you couldn't. You might get an introductory 0% balance transfer but you still owe the capital amount. Is there anything you have a clue about?
