    You have to remember Dan, as its easily forgotten amongst all the feel good factor at PFC at present, that all of our dealings have to be ratified by the FL as part of our CVA agreement.........the bute thing this year is that CSI are able to prove funding......so the deals will generally pass with in 48 hrs of the news hitting the mill...........

    bp has it right. While you have to get things ratified by the FL, the fact that you have solvent owners and are keeping to the terms of the CVA means it is most likely just a formality that takes a bit of time.
