Liverpool fan in peace here. World class performance from you guys today despite the abysmal Arsenal. Looks like Rooney and Young have a great understanding together as though they've been playing for years. Something Capello will relish no doubt with England as well. Those young English players seemed to have the cocky confidence all over and truly made Arsenal look pretty rank! You and City have set the standard. But I think a couple of clubs behind you Mancs would relish the challenge! Regardless well done for today. And I respect the fact you are cut price quality compared to City.
I have to agree, I posted the same point on a similar article to this. Arsenal looked like not just a pub team, but a bad pub team. Man United ruthlessly took them apart. Thats how they got so many goals and to be honest it could easily have been more. Some of Man Uniteds passing and movement was superb.
