I'm sure we'd all like to congratulate Norwich on their 2nd successive promotion & welcome them to the prem.

But my questions is: Providing we avoid relegation (not a forgone conclusion!), does anyone still feel like we owe them for the 85/86 (league) milk cup final?

Our tickets were in the Norwich end that day and they were great fans, but to go all the way to Wembley only to lose was awful.

I just hope we're still around to play them...

I was there too ... Took my (then) 13 year old son ....
When his Mam asked if he had had a good day, he said "Yes, we had KFC twice!"

Was working in OMAN that day, lost £50 to my Norwich supporting mate, on the outcome, but providing we stay up, at least we can compete for some silverwear, THE FRIENDLY CUP.
