Aye, i reckon we should take it slow. Perhaps use him as an impact player for the rest of the season for 10-15 min spells. I'd love to see him torture Blackpool and set up Ranger for a goal.

 

I remember the last time he played and tore Blackpool apart. We lost 0-2.

 

He played for about 10 mins, and made two great chances, but we couldn't take them. Not his fault.

 

True, true, but you shouldn't expect anything. Every time we do we lose. Hence why i bet 30 quid on Wolves to 'not lose' on Saturday.

 

We should expect something, or else we should just stick our heads in the sand and get relegated. We shouldn't be too optimistic, but i have expectations of our team now.

Next season, i don't expect us to be pushing for Europe, but with the quality that we have and the money we now have, i expect us to be pushing for the top 10 atleast, and to be beating the likes of ****ing Blackburn and Stoke at home!

My targets for next season -

Get more results at home - I want us to aim for 10 wins out of 19 at home. I want SJP to be some what of a fortress next season.
I want the crowds to be consistant at around 48-50k atleast, which to be fair we have been getting recently.
I want us to have a solid top 10/11 finish next season.
I want us to have half a decent cup run and to not lose against teams like ****ing Stevenage with a full strength team.

That's what i expect. I don't expect us to win any cups or get into Europa league, but i expect us to have some ****ing fight and ambition now.

I know what you mean Tash but this season is all about us staying in the league. Next season is different.

I'm excited already for it.

 

I can't believe how fast it's gone, it seems like just yesterday we wanted the season to start and we were waiting for the comformation of the HBA signing.

Makes you feel how short life really is, before we now it, it'll be september again and christmas will be just around the corner!
