Weird Chelsea stats!

I've just totted up the goals scored by our defenders in all competitions this year and it comes to a total of twelve (12), exactly the same number as our recognised strikers(Torres, Sturridge and Moses)! How wierd is that?

 

I don't recognise Torres or Sturridge as strikers. One won't strike, the other can't.

 

How ****ing true is that?

 

The important thing is we're not going short of goals in spite of the fact ww haven't got any " strikers ". A rose by any other name .......etc

 

You're not wrong, even JT is scoring (goals) these days. Maybe we could name a Rose after him ???

 

There's an idea! At the Chelsea Flower Show next year!

Ok names for a JT rose escapes me at the moment but I'm sure there must be many out there, so who's gonna open the floodgates coz my brain ain't working yet

 

All we need now is for Cech to start putting the goals in and we've got it made

 

Looking for inspiration for the above and I see JT's daughter is called Summer Rose

 

What about the Leader Legend Rose?

 

It would have to be blue of course and wiki says

It would have to be a white rose - The White hooded rose?

 

Sorry , but what has this subject got to do with roses? The tale is about the remarkable goal scoring prowess of Chelsea's back 4/5!

 

I do believe Tudor roses adorn the Chelsea badge.
