Catterick one of the hardest tracks for even the croockies to get right , this one looks a gift at 6/4 poulanassy in the 225 looks way over priced.
Veroci has drifted to 4s in one place since opening in the 150 and I am willing to take a chance in a tight race at that price.
Out sams good but major Ivan at 3s is just toooo big to refuse in a 3 field affair

Massive well done this morning to Jo Konta, who has won in straight sets to reach the Aussie open Semi Finals!

Just the one bet for me today:

    1:00 Lingfield - Brasted 10/1

Like Uncle I think Poulanasey looks a good thing but too skinny a price to make it worthwhile me having a bet

I've jumped on with Poulanassy, too.
Also interested in Gran Cavallo, 2.50@Thurles - was 20/1 last night on Bet365 and I got on as it steamed to 6/1; worth a go.
Small each way on Cilento, 1.10@Thurles perhaps, too. ( if that pays, then maybe follow Ste D on to Cyprian Prince later on ... )

Running? More like staggering quickly today in that wind! I've earned my banana today ...

    Best of luck.

Frank Spencer strikes again on Franklin D in the last at Lingfield, backed into hot favourite and horse travelling beautifully only for Frank to decide to squeeze down a gap on the inside of Luke Morris of all people rather than the 3 horse wide gap on the outside. So frustrating how he makes things that should be easy difficult. To give him some credit he out finsihed the hot favourite in the previous race ridden by Graham Gibbons.

that happens a lot at that track where they round the bend and its a 2 furlong sprint --positioning is vital and many winners are chopped, denied by circumstance---yes i agree he has previous form in losing / not getting best in races---but for me Winterlude travelled like the winner all the way --george baker....

Georgie Baker now running to his car and dashing around to Kempton to try and make the first race.

    Dark Phantom is the horse.
