Interesting read that. It looks to me like we had a 30m budget this window so we still have half of that left whuch would pay fir Borini or someone else. I can see 1 more permanant signing and 2 x loans. Its all probably going to rumble on until the end of the window. A win against Manu at the weekend woukd certainly help convince players were the real deal.
TBH mate, clubs with similar squads, Swansea, Stoke, etc, have succeeded in league placing & cups without our level of support. The only thing we've lacked was a clear strategy and a clever modern manager which I believe we now have. A full SOL and a win against Man Utd could just tip the balance for any potential signings tuning in.
