I know we're all pissed off with the lack of signings or any other activity but let's put things into context: 5 Premier teams have made no signings at all yet 3 more Premier teams have only made free transfer signings (4 signings in total) 8 Premier teams have made only 1 signing (including free transfers) All-in-all 13 Premier teams have made no more than one signing to date, that's 65%. The transfer window has only been open 1 week and there are almost 8 weeks to go. We'd love to be like Sunderland who've trumped everyone with the speed of their signings but there's still a while to go and I seem to remember Blackpool making a spate of late signings last year and they didn't do too badly early on.
