Remember the bust up about TF overulling the signing? He played 12 games for Reading, was awful and is now retired. Now that was a lucky escape, especially if he wanted more than a season off us.
Well I suppose offering him stupid wages to play a quarter of a season didnt help. Signing him would have also meant no Yun too.
We certainly dodged a bullet and picked up a gem there. I see Yun was in action yesterday for South Korea in a pre World Cup friendly against Tunisia, losing 0-1, playing the full 90 mins. That was one of the surreal moments of the last two seasons. Having the commentators talking about the Brazilian Goalie playing for QPR! Be great to hear QPR mentioned, hopefully, as part of their commentary if he gets to play.
