Two pints dropped? Or good to come back from some shoddy defending?

A point a piece. Onwards and maybe upwards.

We lost some momentum in the second half, and seemed to get slower. Conditions were dreadful, but same for both teams.

    Don't drop two pints! hahaha

Had a sneaky look at the embroyonic table, we are 7 off top and 7 off bottom.

Good first half - excellent goals.

    Very average 2nd.

Didn’t really look to win - bit negative in our play ?

But least we didn’t lose - again Bachmann made a good save or two after the break .

I do hope that Porteous doesn't have a serious injury, as Pollock doesn't seem to be out of the mould.

Lacks pace which will be a problem.

Sierralta could play there I guess ?

    Absolutely threw that away.
The first was a team effort trying, and failing to to play out and the foul drawn, the free kick duly despatched.
The second was a JM error at left back duly punished to complete the filling in this week's defensive **** sandwich.
Either side of that were two sublime efforts from Ince and Mattheus.
The rest of the match is probably best forgotten but on the hour mark Leigh Doughty had a brain fart that lasted the rest of the game. Some shocking decision making and law interpretation that should quickly see him relegated back to L1 and L2. One horrendous challenge in the box, clearly reckless endangerment of an opponent (young Ryan Andrews being the victim of a potentially career ending lunge) and there were several occasions when the Albion players were so impressed by our superior play that they were a trying to swap shirts for the last 25 minutes especially.
Louza ought to lose his match bonus for the most ridiculous YC of the season, almost diCanio-esque over a throw in that clearly came off him last. He got into the assists face but stopped short of the windmill arms. Pathetic.
Oh yes, then it took another 90 minutes to get home to my part of Leafy Bucks. Ridiculous: it takes 35-40mins tops.<steam>
    Ho hum!

Maybe put Sierralta in at CB and slot livermore / Kayembe / TDB in a CDM.

I can only see Pollock on in emergencies really. I was surprised he came on to be honest. Might be the last time, hopefully.

Trouble is not sure many of the defenders are that comfortable on the ball and get nervous or panic when under pressure .

Then again we just don’t want them booting the ball anywhere wasting possession.

Fine line I guess really ?

The first half was brilliant for the neutrals and if Kone had put his laces through the ball instead of side footing it we would have gone in leading 3-2

Second half was torture for both sets of fans and coaching staff and both keepers kept their sides in it but the challenge on Ryan Andrews even tho the defender got a touch on the ball should have been at least a yellow for being reckless and out of control and therefore a penalty as well strangely enough the highlights show did not even show that challenge hmmmmmmmm I wonder why

The ref was up to the usual standard for the Championship. this is all about me, me and nobody else but me, just see how **** I am

Did seem a bit wild but no one appeared to complain.

Looked like both teams had trouble coping with the rain or didn’t want to take risks as much but still chances for both teams .
