I think you are right OFH - they misguidedly dseem to think that owning share s in a defunct entity will give them access to the inner workings of a private company - some hope

If the shareholders do not agree to sell up to the 95% mark that facilitates compulsory purchase the warrants will be exercised to reach the required shareholding and then they'll get bought out anyway at diluted price.

But unless and until the company is de-listed from AIM and goes private , they will be able to ask questions and be entitled to see accounts etc. It reminds the new owners--we are still here, do not take us for granted. Also interesting is what the Russo's will do now.

I'm probably wrong, aberdeen, I'm sure you know more about this sort of thing than me, but isn't the cut-off point 90%?

Can't remember you're probably right but the principal is the same and yes the Russos are stuffed here too. It'll all be pretty quick either way and holding is a bit of cut your nose to spite your face. On principle they'll probably hold on to the end.

I joined it when it started and it's great in theory, I was just a little unsure that it wasn't becoming a nodding dog for the Simpson/Ashcroft set up. I was very unhappy about the salary Simpson paid himself and they seemed to go along with it.

It did come across like that, Norway, I agree.

Nothing in the Wobby that I can see. Do they update that fast normally then?
