    At the bottom of the Andy Dawson article in the HDM.

    I bet the HDM sports desk is so frustrated by the lack of offical news from the club. <grr> No more leaks for starters. <whistle>

    As for sunny days, July has been forcasted to be very hot. This week alone has been 2 seasons in one. TWT.

    What's the point of warm weather training? To prepare for a season in this country they'd be better off going to the Brazilian rain forest or the arctic surely?

    Fitness. If you train so you can run for 90 minutes in 25+degree heat it makes it a lot easier to run about for 90 minutes when it's colder.
