How much blame can be attached to this guy?

He knew what was going on whilst spending like a sailor on shore leave and if my information is correct he also gained from the EBTs.

Is the fawning over him simply Bears with their heads in the sand? FFS some of them are still backing Murray.

Spot on , Rangers got beat by Kanaus , we were going for 4 in a row . they were finished that night , Smith pressurised Murray into spending 20 million .The last 3 years have been hard for us, but no way would they be in the mess they are today if they had come clean that night . Smith claimed he left Rangers debt free , the man is a born liar

Ultimately he epitomised the attitude at ibrox that has lead them to ruin. That is **** forward planning and chase the sucess now. He could have sacrificed personal glory and starting bringing through youth and left them in a better position but he chose "quality over substance".

Compare the age of their squad to ours. Ultimately they would have had to keep spending money they didn't have to compete with us. It had to end one day im just glad im getting to witness it, in all its glory.

His boyhood heroes were in dire need. He came when duty called.

He should get a stand named after him

The George Peat that was caught celebrating a Hun goal in last years old firm game .Everything that was wrong with Scottish football , now your cheating has been found out ,.Least we won't have to put up with this behaviour , where else in world football would you see the president celebrating a goal between the two major teams .
