gary waddock got the players in for training this morning on their day off ,fair play to him.he was upset at the way we defended at southend.i didnt go to the game and it would be interesting to hear what blues fans thought of the overall performance last night given waddocks outburst
Firm but fair, let's hope they learn and can push on. Sometimes it's not a lack of decent defending or concentration but just that little bit of luck that's missing.
Waddock has a decent history of getting a good response from the players after a poor showing so hopefully he'll do the trick again. It's no disgrace losing 2 away games on the bounce at tough opposition, but we put in poor performances and gave away stupid goals which need to stop. It hasn't damaged us much as our league position and games in hand are still looking healthy. So lets hope Waddock's put a rocket up them and we come out fighting, starting tomorrow.
i agree with wandermagic waddock has a good record of getting a response from his players after poor results.but the defending in the last two games hasnt been good enough.
