Just been on the official website and saw tickets for Villa away are £41! That's disgraceful, it's not even as if they're that good. I can see why the top teams charge £40+ but having to pay that for Villa is a joke. It's boarderline unaffordable.

Villa should be on the same scale as the likes of Everton price-wise. Can't remember what I paid for the match at Goodison but think that was about £35 max. Stoke next weekend is only £30. They should be charging similar.

The whole prices need to go come down, heard a rumour yesterday that when the scum play at West Ham on the final day of the season West Ham are charging £46.

They know they always sell the whole allocation and they feel they can charge what they want. It's not right and there should be fixed prices on tickets.

    Exactly <ok>

I went on a school trip to a Villa match years ago. The bus broke down on the way back through the residential bit and the police escort carried on. All these asisan ****ers came out and started stoning the bus. Luckily there were about 35 of us to return fire

Was a trip I was thinking about but definitely not if it's 40 quid!
On a students budget here, definitely not affordable. Sucks.

£35 is still a bit steep for a student I think... but that's just me.

That is too much for a student, it was only £14 at Birmingham!

Cheaper train for me too. One of my uni mates is a Liverpool fan too so he'd probably be willing to get the train with me.

Much better atmosphere and there's always the reception that Carrol will get for you to witness.
