The description of Gulasci's fukup that gifted Burnley the points today. Would also say the same for Barmby's bench and tactics with Burnley.

Strikers rubbish, 11 shots off target couldn't score in a brothel with £50 notes hanging from their arse pockets. Not good enough today, we need new players at either end of the pitch:(

Actually BBC stats show 13 shots off target 1 on!

Garcia scores a goal every 50 appearances same can be said for the rest of the bench, there are no goals in this team and if this isn't addressed then we'll be disappointed with a fade to mid table in the second half of the season!

Off to get pissed! Happy New Year Everyone ;)

Poor finishing today, and a lapse in concentration allowed us to concede. Gulasci just isn't the answer.

McLean arguably the best chances of the match fell to him, yet again fluffs it. We need to fork out whatever necessary to sign a goal machine to play with Fryatt. #justsaying

Said this on the Becchio DeVries thread. Why are we signing midfield and defenders. Its a proven goal scoring forward we need. I dont care about a "young" Man U forward with potential. I want a proven goal scorer.

SKY said Jack Hobbs headed back to the keeper it went through his hands and then they both crashed into each other allowing Burnley to score

It wasn't even Gulacsi's fault. Hobbs headed it at him from point blank range while Gulacsi was coming to take it. It was down to a lack of faith in hum from the defence. Gulacsi is just an easy target.

We missed a zillion chances again. Fryatt did nothing, McLean was the best attacker I thought. I can't remember him missing one chance. We need a striker who can win a header and ffs shoot. Fryatt does neither of those. Not having a target man in games like that is just stupid. It leaves us constantly closed down with no outlet. Fryatt's one chance was a typical 20 touches and then tame chip to the keepers hands. Can't someone tell him to aim for the corners or something?

    Striker please.

Typing this on my phone. Apologies for the spelling.

Bevtiger says Mclean had the best chances. You think he never had any? I know your preference is for Mclean but if he didnt have any what is he doing on the pitch? Oh ye running around a lot.
NB is going to have to change the formation back to 4-4-2. Get in a proven goal scorer. The 4-2-3-1 allows us to look good in possession, we need goals.

You're from Leicester? The home of Leicester Tigers? and you don't like Rugby? What sort of a sports fan are you?

And why the obsession with Hull City?

Agreed we need a striker but disagree with your comments about Gulasci. It is up to him to shout. He does seem to lack the ability to communicate with his back four

No obsession, Hull fans are on our boards more often but who cares

And yes we are **** and full of overpaid egos but Nigel will get rid of them all. Jan is a massive month for us, while we need to change alot you just need to keep what you have and add a little to it if you can. I think you could do with a decent target man to help Matty. Matty always played best for us when Steve Howard was next to him

13 clear cut chances and no goals tells its own story. Never mind who isn't cutting it, we need a proven scorer, then we can decide what we do with the rest of them!
