GK Sell/Demote - Almunia > Replaced with - Szczency (Obvious replacement, somewhat of a gamble at only 20 but looks real quality) VERDICT - MASSIVE IMPROVEMENT DEFENCE Sell - Eboue > Bought - Jenkinson (Eboue was always a prone to error but sometime useful sub, Jenkinson is very young and inexperienced so not sure how much that improves us?) VERDICT - MINIMAL IMPROVEMENT Sell - Clichy > Promote - Gibbs (Gibbs is VERY injury prone and doesn't look ready, Clichy wasn't great but I think he was still better) VERDICT - WEAKENS THE SIDE MIDFIELD Loan - Denilson > Promote - Frimpong (No question Frimpong is the better player but he's still raw and needs time to be eased in) VERDICT - MINIMAL IMPROVEMENT Sell - Cesc > ?? Promote - Ramsey (NO REPLACEMENT bought so for now looks like Ramsey will fill in, has had a very poor start to the season, look lightweight and the games can pass him...massive step backwards i hope we can buy someone who comes close to Cescs quality but that ain't happening) VERDICT - MASSIVE WEAKNESS Sell? - Nasri > Bought - Gervinho (Not a like for like but I think Gervinho can provide more for us, more attacking but will play in a simlair postions as part of the front 3 and i'd be shocked if he didn't get better stats than Nasri) VERDICT - IMPROVEMENT Loan - Vela > Promote - Ryo (Looks a real talent but tough to ask to much from him at such a young age, Vela flattered to decisive so if Ryo gets a bit part to play I'm sure he produce more VERDICT - IMPROVEMENT Bought - Chamberlain (Not sure where he fits in now, I can't believe he'd be any worse than the way Arshavin is playing now) FORWARDS Sell? - Bendtner > Bought - Campbell (ANOTHER YOUNGSTER!!! Real hype about him but if RVP is out for weeks/months can he lead the line if needed?? I doubt it. Bendtner had some talent but was often played out of position) VERDICT - ??
