Varney - Captain

Noticed Varney was captain for a period yesterday, I have a funny feeling (perhaps my age) but I reckon he might be our new team captain.

Edit: Norwich will now come in with a £2m bid for Luke Varney.

 

I doubt he will be captain. Norris would be more likely (not that that will happen either). I can see it being Pearce or Kenny

 

Club captain Brown, Pitch Captain ????? colin said he does not like keepers as captains, so hopefully when we sign Messi next week (if Ipswich,Norwich dont get him) then him or Iniesta should take the role in my opinion !!

 

I think Pearce will be captain - right position, natural leader, guaranteed place.

 

I think Xavi is better captain material in all honesty and think he should get it

 

Have to agree, can't see it being Varney or Norris simply because their place should not be guaranteed.
