It’s usually only me talking to me – if I can even be bothered to respond to my own ill-considered outbursts and bullshit. Long days – and sometimes weeks - pass in an abject silence, as I sullenly consider whether I should deign to respond to myself. We’re all about mental health here, as you can imagine.
