Am in a boozer waiting for the traffic to die down, a reasonable excuse<bubbly>:1980_boogie_down:
Cuiabá v Vasco da Gama has been seen by 27,000 and a midget<laugh>.
Anyway, Vasco are in the bottom four which means relegation and quite frankly are s***.
Vasco have scored then went to VAR, the goal was wiped out. Vasco then disagreed then VAR was asked and this time the goal was allowed<doh><doh><doh><doh><doh>.
Vasco scored a breakaway goal with a few minutes to go to win 2-0.
Allowing for the madness in South America generally, wtf does this leave VAR in football.

VAR that changes its mind when a team disagrees <doh>

It's about the only thing that hasn't happened in England yet.
We had a VAR decision take over five minutes last weekend, in a Prem relegation struggle if I remember rightly.
An equalising goal was ruled offside because somebody's kneecap or the point of their elbow was offside.

Utter nonsense. The fans were all singing that it was an embarrassment.
And what happened to giving the advantage to the attacking team when level?
If only the tip of one body part is offside by one inch, you're level. That's just common sense.

Next they'll unleash AI on VAR.
It can presumably draw straight lines.
All those jobsworths in the video room will be looking for other employment <laugh>
    Would serve them right.
