Welcome!! Not worried, can't say I've thought about it. I think he would have known when he took the job that the board wanted to set up a scouting network and put emphasis on the youth academy. He is still very much a fan of our club, and think he will be delighted with what's going on.
I would imagine Powell had a large say in Hart's appointment, as he knows he needs experienced heads around him in his first job. He's still learning, and Hart is the perfect man for the job.
I personally think Powells silence is a good sign, it means he's too busy to waste his time needlessly talking to journos. This season is about beginning to re-build Charlton, and all the evidence so far points positively in that direction.
I agree the silence isn't bothering me from Powell, hopefully his getting his head down and sorting out new signings/player contracts

Thanks for making me feel welcome. Feel less concerned now, especially if CP's on holiday. However will feel happier to hear a comment from him when he returns. Charlton fan + no comment = paranoia. Relying on your joint sanity.
