On analysis the probability is that port Vale sort of play better football and we have performed better when playing teams that actually play rather hope a point is enough.

we should get at least a draw if not a win............

hopefully the neggies will then shut up ...............

Yep I'm a neggie John, and so are a lot of us, and frankly the way the club is right now, we've a lot to be 'neggie' about

I don't want us to lose any game we compete in, but I reckon we'll get well beaten on Saturday. I hope I'm wrong

We are getting to the point when these players are feeling more comfortable playing away from home.. Baldock alluded to it this week.! (shameful really)

    I think we will win..

of course you are but a nice one! in as much as your expectations are more intense, whereas I am more mellow. My feelings are we should be doing much better, but I also (life teaches you things ) am prepared to watch things evolve, my hobbies and activities have instilled in me a lot of patience....how long does it last for SOD well...played 9 lost 4 drawn 5 a draw is on the positive side a goal away from 3 points, on the negative it is a goal away from no points...so probably at least another 10 games! when I would expect us to be on 23pts or more.....
look at our overall results:- played 13 W 3 D 5 L 5 GD -4 applied to league WOULD EQUAL 14PTS / 50 for the season, not good but looks better than 5! that means 26 for the season!

    Bristol City 1-1 Colchester
    Southampton 2-0 Bristol City
    Swindon 3-2 Bristol City
    Bristol City 1-1 Shrewsbury
    Bristol City 0-3 Peterborough
    Bristol City 2-1 Bristol Rovers
    Gillingham 1-1 Bristol City
    Bristol City 2-1 Crystal Palace
    MK Dons 2-2 Bristol City
    Bristol City 1-2 Wolves
    Coventry 5-4 Bristol City
    Gillingham 0-2 Bristol City
    Bristol City 2-2 Bradford
We have played 4 of the top 6 lost 2 drew 2............ 4 of the middle table drew 2 lost 2 and 1 in the bottom 8 which was drawn so really had a good spread and not really been done over, although Posh managed 3-0

teams are coming here expecting to get a point by being ultra defensive, and because we don't get at them and score first succeeding
