    Campbell would be a good catch... but Leicester haven't been close to the top for nearly as long as Town!

    This is the one signing which has really puzzles me, the others I can understand but we are okay in CM and we already have 2 loan CM's!!

    This really does seem like a short term, papering over the cracks signing!!!

    Sadly not mate, i leave all those funny sexual antics to the Budgies!! Just trying to get some positivity from what has been an absolute dire season so far!! You see, i don't want to be anti Jewell etc but i kinda feel i'm left with no choice after what has happened so far!

    If Higginbotham is extended for the full three months he could be up for a permanent deal, as might Campbell, should he survive the meeting with Cleggy. Two good performers for a couple more seasons at this level (we aren’t going up any time soon), so these two could be handy.

    Then there’s Moshni, who if he turns out ok could be ours properly come January (ditto the meeting with Cleggy), plus Murphy and N’Daw are free agents once they’ve finished with us. So that’s five possible permanent signings from these seven loans.

    I’m trying to be positive here…

    But Wellens – you’re right, it’s embarrassing. I know he’s a decent player, but as you point out he’s yet another central midfielder and we’re getting him nice and fit for a Championship rival! At least Luongo’s from Spurs. I just hope that this is a Campbell/Higginbotham style situation and this one month just-getting-him-fit thing is a political smokescreen for reasons we can’t fathom. Otherwise not only is it humiliating for us but it shows how panic-stricken PJ and his pals are and how droolingly complacent ME and Cleggy are for sticking with him/them.
