There is a new series starting today at 10pm on C4 , i never heard of it until recently but looked on catchup and saw they had the entire 1st season from last year. I don`t like game of thrones breaking bad boardwalk empire Sopranos etc etc but i enjoyed the entire 1st series back to back 6 episodes. I shall enjoy this one too hopefully, worth a look.
**** off its ****e only a thai bride purchaser would consider watching ... and I thought yours wasnt thai P.s. any summer holiday pics of her
Speaking of **** how come sn hasnt posted any bikini pics of his mrs ? According to him he has tons of them.
This program is awesome, totally unpredictable and thought provoking dark comedic masterpiece. You really need to watch the first series but you can stick your Sopranos breaking bad or game of throbs up your ****ters..
The only show released in the last few years that comes close to being as good as it is Black Mirror, but Utopia storyline is f**ing brilliant.
One must concur with the comments about how brilliant Utopia is. The second series is even better than the first.
As is Breaking Bad. I've not seen a minute of this Utopia, but I'm willing to go out on a limb and say it's not fit to lace BB's boots.
I would likewise predict much the same as regards The Sopranos and Utopia. Can't recall the last time I saw a decent UK produced TV series. Boys from the Blackstuff maybe.
I thought the "cringe" was unique to Scotland but it appears to be a British quirk. Utopia, Life on Mars, State of Play, Edge of Darkness, The Crow Road, This is England, Sherlock, Prime Suspect, House of Cards, Messiah are just a few off the top of my head that wont be bettered by programmes because they were made abroad.
Black Mirror The Revolution will not be Televised Dead Set Utopia IT Crowd A Touch of Cloth Roman's Empire etc... We are still the best at making innovative shows, I'm probably biased because a lot of those shows are similar in genre/made by Charlie Brooker, but they're still all brilliant... I honestly didn't enjoy the Sopranos as much as everyone else, it just seemed like a long, dragged out film. Don't even think I bothered watching all of it. Breaking Bad was pretty good, but only down to the poverty of most major US releases. Gays of Thrones is only watchable because it's derived from a book/Tolkien rip-off. Utopia is the best show to come out recently, closely followed by Black Mirror and House of Cards. Comedy wise though the US is currently so much better than us at making funny shows, there's nothing I can think of coming out in the UK that I'm looking forward to, apart from Stewart Lee's next season of Comedy Vehicle and maybe Peep Show at a push
Out of all them i've only seen the IT crowd, i'd probably like Black Mirror and possibly Dead Set because I like Charlie Brooker but to be honest I don't have the time to watch them now. I like US TV dramas but I prefer UK Comedy.
