I am 100% that if it was flipped and Trump was the one getting votes in the middle of the night to close gaps, you would imo 100% be claiming he's stealing the election.

It won't matter if Biden gets Pennsylvania. He's narrowed Trump's lead there from something like 750,000 down to 18k in the last 48 hours. With around 350k votes still to count.

 

The system isn't great. But that's the way that counties report. They count their votes and then report on them, so they will come in small chunks at a time. In PA over 80% of ALL postal votes are going to Biden as Donny had continued pissy fits about mail in votes, hence why very little of them are Republican.
