I can't think of a single 'relevant' City pundit. By that I mean someone the audience knows, is someone, and can be related to. They've got Owen Hargreaves anyway, **** em. He's one of theirs.
Did You Know That? Manchester City`s record gate receipts for a game at Maine Road are £512,235 and there wasn`t even a single Blue in sight! On 13 April 1994, United played Oldham Athletic in an FA Cup semi-final replay at Maine Road. A crowd of 32,311 saw United win 4-1 with goals from Ryan Giggs, Denis Irwin, Andrei Kanchelskis and Bryan Robson. United went on to beat Chelsea 4-0 in the final and win the first of the club`s three domestic Doubles
Manager's press conference - a full squad to choose from, no injuries (that includes Shaw and Mikki), Valencia trained since returning from international duty. And, in at the deep-end, Bravo starts in goal for City
Exactly. This can go only one way - just like Jose's title. If Pep gets anything from OT - I will consider City a contender. Highly unlikely!
I think tomorrow will be a draw. My only concern is how we deal with the way City use their full-backs and give their wide players free reign to do what they want.
Rashford has got to play he was on fire the other night for England U21's... I reckon its a cert he'll score against City, just like he did in his first Manc derby last year- any thoughts on the young lad?
Quite a few of us have been saying for a while now that Rashford deserves to start ahead of Martial. Tony's struggled a bit this season, possibly some Euro hangover there, and Rashford is a massive goal threat cutting in off the left wing. Will be interesting to see if Mourinho will be bold enough to make a switch like that for a big game, or will stay cautious and stick with the players who won the first few games.
Bravo Sagna Stones Otamendi Clichy Fernandinho Sterling DeBruyne Silva Nolita Iheanacho Bench Caballero Kolorov Zabaleta Sane Gundogan Navas Delph I'm going for 2 teams that don't want to lose and a disappointing 0-0
I tend to agree. But the only thing that might make a game of it is Guardiola and Mourinho's rivalry. Either one may try to prove a point today imo.
Dead cert 1-1 imo. City to take the lead, Ibra to score in the last few minutes and be declared a hero.
