united tapping up

So moyes says that 'players we have had a quiet word with about joining us wont mind us not having CL football for one season'...so are they looking at signing soon to be out of contract players (who they are allowed to.speak to) or gas he admitted to tapping up players on live tv?

Let's remember that this is a man who couldn't sign any decent players when they were still in with a shout of finishing in the "top 4" (ie. at the start of the Summer).

What chance does he think he's got now that (a) he's been found out to be a crap manager, and (b) there's unlikely ever to be any chance of CL footy whilst he's in charge?
